Things to Do
Libby Hill Park on Franklin Street is one of Churchill's most established city parks. It is a seven-acre, elevated green space offering scenic views of the James River. Jefferson Park is another beautiful Churchill park offering a gorgeous view of Downtown Richmond. Head to Taylor's Hill Park to enjoy the best views of the Richmond skyline.
